Getting the world know whom you are is one of the most important exercise a company should do on a very proactive and studious way. To be able to create that unique identity and maintain it over time, is how small company become big "elephant" over time. There is indeed no short cut about it. In order to continue to be able to survive in today highly competitive business world, where two in three businesses fails, branding your very own unique identity out there is even more urgent.

Creating Good Branding with your Stationery

Getting the world out there, so as the market know whom you are, is one of the most important exercise a company can do. In order to be able to create that unique identity and maintaining it over time, is certainly very challenging. There is indeed no short cut about it.

Most people will confused branding with their logo, company name or even their website domain name. Branding is actually how businesses portray themselves to their target market. In another word : REPUTATION.

As such, the choice of logo, motto and company name on the stationary must all be in line with the brand that particular company like to seen with. This off course will have to be carried out effectively.

However, the creation of high quality and inexpensive stationeries can be very challenging. Most startup companies really have no clues as to where to get started, what must be considered within the logo design and finally how it is being produced so that it will not blow the set budget. Time & effort can also be very easily loss.

Dimension Of Logo Relative To The Stationary Size

Whatever material that is adopted for the creation of stationary such as the sale letter, brochures, or business card has to be noticeable. As for the logo, If it is too small, people will starts straining their eyes and that is bad. Same is important in your stationery design & development. The logo cannot be neither too small nor too large. If it takes up a lot of room on your stationery, it is likely to be too large. Consult the printer on the best size of the logo on the various stationaries, would be a wise choice. They can also advice on how the logo can be further enhancement or developed.

Color Choice

Essentially, the stationery should be printed onto either white or ivory paper with a higher weight. This will certainly better ensure the creation of a more professional looking set of stationary. However, this doesn't mean that color usage on stationary must be highly controlled. Color can still be used through the logo, graphics, and business name. Just be sure that the color scheme stands out against the white or ivory background so as to catch all the necessary attention. Choice between using understated and timeless colors or flashy and trendy should not be considered at all. Instead the choice of using bold and vibrant colors to make your stationery can be considered expect if the color is too overwhelming.

Tagline Usage

If the business name do not allow the public to easily be informed about the types of services or products offered, then creating a tagline onto the various office stationery is deemed necessary. This tagline will be used to describe the nature of the business and state it's objectives in a smart and concise manner. Tagline combined with the logo or business name will be effective in communicating your brand to your customers. If you create a catchy tagline, you brand will become even more memorable.

Create An Unique Brand

It is therefore extremely important that the brand businesses created will assist them stand out among your competition. So, carefully & intensive studies will have to be conducted on businesses competitors brands and identify what works and what don't for them.

Learning from competitors stationery package and think of ways to be more effective than them is the smartest way around. As much as possible, creating your company unique brand with stationery reinforcing it can be fresh and fun.
