When you want to sale any product you need attitude and attitude makes you confident. Without a positive mental attitude you cannot get success in sales. Hence attitude is the key to success in sales.

There are two important factors fall in strategy- first is preparation and second is panning. When a sales person goes into market he should be prepared because without preparation it is very difficult to sell the product or service. Without planning sales cannot happen so a salesperson should have both plans i.e. plan a and plan b. Hence it is clear that real tools are intangible tools and you are dependent on only physical tools.
