Recruiting new staff is not an easy task, but it is very important task because this task is concerned with your most important asset and i.e. human resource. Do you know the success of any organization depends on success of its team building ability? And the first step in team building process is recruiting. If you do not adequately focus on this first step then you cannot build a strong and successful team. It is better to focus on the first step of recruiting, then regretting later. If the recruitment process goes wrong cost can be high. That`s why recruitment process needs your highest focus while in reality in many organizations it is given least importance. The recruiting of new staff is an art to be master of this you should follow these steps –

1. First, you should make a list of goals of your recruiting process. You should mention in these goals is what do you want to achieve from the recruitment process? These goals will help you to achieve your real target of recruiting of new staff.

2. Prepare before starting recruitment process. It is better to prepare, then regretting.

3. Make a concise job description that should clarify the role of prospective employee that you are looking for. Job description is the most important part of recruitment and it should clarify what exactly you need from prospective employees. The most common mistake is done by employers is to make a vague job profile.

4. You can use various medium of advertisement for job advertisement, but be careful in choosing the medium. You should choose the medium for job advertisement according to your job description. For example, you can choose certain type of website for particular job advertisement where you can find the best talent.

5. Your job application form should ask all the relevant questions whose answer you are looking for in your prospective employee.

6. Make a list of questions that you need to ask in the interview.

7. Use the new mediums like Skype to interview of remote candidates.

7. Use a systematic recruitment process that should give a good image of your organization's in prospective employees, Otherwise you will waste your and candidate's time.

Thus finding the right applicant is an art. Although different companies have different recruitment procedures, but you have to follow the above steps if you want to find right applicant.
