What To Avoid Regarding Business Logos Design

If you are out looking for business logos development & design, you might find that there are numerious options available ranging from both the extremely cheap to the very expansive version. Also, almost anyone can tell you what to include in a logo design, but it is very rarely that you get people advising you, on what NOT TO DO in your logo design.

#1 - Do Not Include Unnecessary Items !

Are you incorporating a Pte Ltd, Ltd or an LLC ?

Whatever you are legally doing, that is purely to fulfill legal requirements. You however, are not required legally to include these informations onto your logo design. An excellent example to point to is La-Z-Boy. They are incorporated, yes. But their logo does not say La-Z-Boy Inc. It simply has stated the name that everyone recognizes La-A-Boy. Therefore, If you want everyone to recognised that your business is an incorporated than simply just put such details instead.

#2 - Avoid Some Colors or Fonts

There are many colors you can choose from however you should always note that picking strong, bold and striking would still be the best choice. Soft, light colors or very light & small scripted fonts are the most difficult to read sometimes. It also look very pale when placed onto black or white background. Personally, you may be in love with say pink or green, however, without some kind of dark coloring it's is extemely difficult to see on any business logos.

#3 - Taglines On Business Logo Should Be Avoid Whenever Possible

A Taglines is created simply as another form of advertisement for the company and it is a sort of a company bigger branding profile / effort. Adopting a tagline onto a business logo should only be used if the tagline fits and matches the overall logo design. However, all taglines must be isolated from the main logo design. The biggest issue with adding taglines is in the sizing. What that means is that it's text sizing must always remain small and therefore very difficult to read properly. Or in other cases, it forces the logo to be bigger in order to accommodate the text. Therefore, it's is still best just to avoid taglines, whenever possible.

As such, if the above key points are follows closely, anybody will be able to create business logos that works for your company and helps establish the company concerned to be a leader in that respective field.
