Now a days Entrepreneurs need to change their strategies according to the marketing conditions and every day is a challenging day for them to meet their, A) production level according to the demand of the product B) Products need to be supplied on particular regional areas C) Need to convert their leads in to sales D) Need to collect bills from the buyers F) Again they need to expand their business activities in-case they meet profits during the period of time G) Again they need to invest their money into business for a growth, Generally these all above steps need to be followed either it may be small firms or large firms but how Effectively and Efficiently utilize the resources by the entrepreneurs is very important.
They are so many reason not able to meet balance their business activities and facing many internal problems and external problems. However when you want to observe important factors of success of few of the small firms.
1. Maintaining the data and maintaining management information system for further decisions making by the top level management.
2. Analyzing the conditions of the marketing environment.
3. Balancing the business operations such as dealing with suppliers and other customers etc.
4. Understanding the strategies of competitors.
5. Improving the distribution channels
6. Maintaining the high quality and quantity according to the customer tastes and preferences.
7. Reducing the Debt of the company by paying installment of wise to the banks over period of time.
8. Need to have strong Vision,Mission and objectives of the organization.
9. fix short term targets and long term targets for observing the difference of the organization and measuring either profits or losses.
10. Need to conduct meetings with low level employees to find out facts of the organization.
