Working under Dominating persons
Some employers in the concern always wish there employees to follow all their orders even though it is unfair and they will give break, suspensions and lay off to the people whoever don't follow their orders. It is very hard to work under this kind of dominating bosses. Better to change our company to avoid unwanted problems.
Yesterday i met one of my college mate, he told that he is searching for a new job, as he give up his job due to his Manager. Recently his old manager is retired and a new person is appointed to his place and the new manager is a dominating lady and she used the workers for her home needs. She ordered the office peon to buy things for her house and my friend who is the system operator in the concern to take tuition to her daughter. My friend is not interested in it and conveyed it to her. But she ordered him to do it, otherwise she will give some fake complaint about him to the MD. My friend is very much irritated with her activity and resigned his job.
He placed a complaint about her to his MD. Now he is searching for a good job. I wonder why some persons who is in the responsible job will dominate others and treat them as their servants or slaves. It is really a great unfair. Hope this kind of people will change their attitude after reading this.
