1. To be able to read customer's mind and fulfill their needs, wants and demands to their best.

Above fourteen tools make a good salesperson out of you. There are two most important tools that are essential for every sales person. First one is attitude and second is strategy. When you want to sale any product you need attitude and attitude makes you confident. Without a positive mental attitude you cannot get success in sales. Hence attitude is the key to success in sales.
There are two important factors fall in strategy- first is preparation and second is panning. When a sales person goes into market he should be prepared because without preparation it is very difficult to sell the product or service. Without planning sales cannot happen so a salesperson should have both plans i.e. plan a and plan b. Hence it is clear that real tools are intangible tools and you are dependent on only physical tools.
