Now a days,empoyees are desired to complete their office work atleast 3 days a week, at grove,parks,libraries,bars,hotels,resorts,clubs, they can yield the double productivity

If you enter in a café at Hyderabad, you will find more than ten youngsters are busy with their laptops, some people are doing calculations, some are searching web, mean tine they ordering for coffee or tea or snacks, actually it is only coffee shop, but you will find their corporate atmosphere at these places, this is ‘third place’.
You will find this type of atmosphere in some restaurants, bars and parks in cities in India now and then , the employee at work places on office hours are at these places , this is a new trend, some times some companies are arranging seminars in the hotels and restaurants, these places are the head offices for small companies , employees are fulfilling their desires , tastes at this place and they are replacing their office to the third place, this new “third place” trend is best for insurance, real estate, media ,marketing and field work and for IT sector people also
Till now the employees are doing their work at Office and home now they are selecting this ‘ third place’ this is new trend to us, but in western countries this trend was already popular. In Italy only for these type of employees they are developing farm houses and fruit gardens, they are providing all amenities for the employees, they are called these places are “Groves”, there are more than two lakhs of Groves in Italy, Mr Shulz of US established coffee shops in US in the name of “Star bucks” this trend is ideal of “Groves”
Work at “third Place” is new trend in culture, but their own causes are there, as their job, they have to meet several customers , some times they are inviting their customers to the restaurants and hotels, their itself they are completing their customers work their itself, they can work and relax there itself
An officer in a company of corporate group is saying that congested office rooms, A.C cabins are appearing artificial, he wish to complete his office work two to three days in these “Third Place”, he can spend time peacefully, any how there is cell is there to contact with the office staff, A manager in a corporate company is saying that his favorite place is “Barista”, he like atmosphere there with aromas of coffee, and I can find my table is reserved at same place for me, so I am visiting three days a week
Now there are 20 million employees world wide are utilizing this “third Place” world wide said by the Gardner Data Quest, one more company “ Ragos” surveyed 17,800 people why this “third place” is attracting corporate employees , there are some Indian employees also surveyed by the company, they wish to find out what is the main attraction of this “third Place”
More people said that they are utilizing clubs, parks and libraries are their “third Place” , more than 72 percent of people agreed , they are changing this “third place” as their business centre , minimum three days a week, they are also stating that they are getting best results with this “third place” culture, this “third place” trend is increasing ten percent per year, so hats off to “third place” culture
