Today the world is crawling towards development and in the course of development many challenges come and one should have an idea to face it and move forward. We have really seen that most of the developed countries have their own idea to move and side by side business has an important role in their success. Nobody is there who are unknown about it and to run the business there should be a proper law for different business.

Today the world is crawling towards development and in the course of development many challenges come and one should have an idea to face it and move forward. We have really seen that most of the developed countries have their own idea to move and side by side business has an important role in their success. Nobody is there who are unknown about it and to run the business there should be a proper law for different business in different countries. In different countries there are different rules but in Nepal there is no certain rule for any business that's why no any business exist in this country.
In my point of view there is totally the hand of any country en the development of any business in the country. If the business is not run according to the rule of the country then in this case the country has the right to collapse it but instead the country is not aware about it. For e.g let's say that today America is the developed country and it is all because there is a proper rule for the settelement of any business. So, we can say that law of a country also plays a vital role in the development of business and the country too.
